Tonya Roush is a Project Manager in the national security domain at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. She currently supports the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) Office of Radiological Security (ORS) as the Project Manager for the ORS Mobile Source Transit Security (MSTS) Project.
ORS’s mission is to enhance global security, preventing high-activity radiological materials from being used in acts of terrorism.
This is accomplished through partnering with agencies across the globe to protect high-activity radioactive sources, remove and dispose of disused sources and reduce the reliance on radioactive sources through the adoption of non-radioisotopic alternative technologies.
