Naoko Noro

Ms. Naoko Noro is the chief instructor of nuclear security training courses at the Integrated Support Center for Nuclear Nonproliferation and Nuclear Security, Japan Atomic Energy Agency (ISCN/JAEA). ISCN is Japan’s Center of Excellence on nuclear non-proliferation and security. Her expertise includes nuclear security, CBRNE terrorism and international security and counter-terrorism. Before joining ISCN, Ms. Noro was an Associate Fellow at Research Institute of Science and Technology for Society, Japan Science and Technology Agency (RISTEX/JST), Tokyo, Japan. At RISTX, she conducted research on counter-terrorism.
