In some instances, this completed form might be useful to shippers and carriers to submit their Competent Authorities as confirmation that all required planning procedures completed prior to a shipment.
This checklist presents general principles identified in the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Nuclear Security Series No. 26-G, Security of Nuclear Material in Transport. In the event that checklist items deviate from your State’s regulatory framework, consider revising the checklist items as needed.
